- In a large pot, bring 4 cups of chicken broth to boil
- Bash the ginger with a little back of knife to release the flavour and add to pot together with garlic, cover it and cook 5 minutes.
- Add the bok choy and cook 5 minutes, al dente; add in frozen wontons along with mushroom, simmer for about 2 to 3 minutes until the won tons are heated through and puffy where it floats on top of soup but also starts changing color as well.
- Mix in soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Divide the soup into four bowls. Garnish with fresh scallions to serve remember the quantity is according to 4 servings; you can increase and degrees as per your servings.
